The board approved a proposal from Charles Bateman to complete several courthouse handyman projects, including power washing the courthouse exterior, cleaning gutters, replacing window screens and cleaning windows. Chair Pamela S. Moody moved to accept the proposal and Commissioner Charles Daly seconded; the motion passed with Ayes — Moody, Daly, Herbaugh.
