The Thomas County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution #2026-16 on Sept. 15, 2026, setting the county’s 2026–2027 final tax request at $860,929.04. The motion to approve the resolution was made by Commissioner Charles Daly and seconded by Commissioner Lewis Herbaugh; the roll call vote was recorded as Ayes — Herbaugh, Daly, Moody.
