The Board of County Commissioners voted on Sept. 15 to authorize a county‑led application for $1,250,000 from the Western Maryland Economic Futures (Senator George C. Edwards) Fund to support Cascade Town Center Center Development LLC’s redevelopment of the former Fort Richey Army Base.
