The Arlington County Board on Jan. 25 approved SPLA24-00043, a site-plan amendment for the Commodore Apartment building at 2055 15th St. N., to add approximately 1,500 square feet of mezzanine/retail gross floor area and to revise Condition #32 governing parking, management and operational standards.
