Early in the meeting a participant (S4) raised a procedural concern: the warning posted at the town office bulletin board did not match the wording the moderator had read from the emailed warning. The moderator (Mike) agreed that the posted warning should match and proceeded to reread the article aloud so the record reflected the text to be debated.
