The court approved two agenda items that allow pipeline or utility construction to cross county roads. For item 15, commissioners extended the application permit for Encore on Andrews and Ger Ranch Road; Jimmy Wy moved approval and the motion passed. For item 16, the court approved a permit to cross Turtle Hope for Pole Road; commissioners approved the motion and instructed staff to record the permit terms.
