The Macomb County Board adopted Resolution 2026-15811 on Aug. 13 to approve a brownfield plan for 50770 Birch Drive in Shelby Township pursuant to the provisions of Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended. The chair opened a public hearing earlier in the meeting but recorded no attendees and adjourned the hearing before adopting the resolution later in the agenda.
