As part of routine property business, the court opened bids on two county-owned parcels — 0 FM 367 (appraisal account 124561) in Wichita Falls and 1514 North 6th Street (appraisal account 135508). County staff reported receiving one bid of $100 from Ray Foresight for the FM 367 parcel, and the court moved and voted to accept that bid.
