Developer says modular homes set on foundations; move-ins targeted for early January
A developer update at the Rangeley selectboard meeting said modular units have been delivered and set on foundations; finishing work and stormwater construction are expected through October with a temporary occupancy target around December 1 and move-ins around January 1.

A project representative, identified in the meeting as Matt, updated the selectboard on the modular Backyard ADU housing project, saying crews have installed utilities and set modular homes on foundations after delivery from Pennsylvania. "In about 4 days, last week, they set the homes on the foundations and, put on the roofs and, and the shingling," Matt said, describing site progress and the next phase of interior finishing and contractor work.
