Sheriff reports HVAC failures, camera-server outage and ongoing jail repairs
The sheriff told the court that multiple rooftop units and compressors failed, Cornerstone door sensors stopped reporting, and the NVR2 camera-recording server went down; three housing pods remain closed while repairs continue and contractors are being scheduled.

The Wichita County sheriff gave the Commissioners Court a detailed maintenance update Sept. 4, saying several heating, ventilation and air-conditioning compressors failed and contractors are completing hallway and flashing work in the main jail.
