County Attorney Joe McNally requested an executive session at 10:20 a.m. to discuss litigation matters with the board. The closed session included the County Attorney and outside counsel Andrew Willis (Cline Williams); Planning & Zoning Administrator Trevor Nekoliczak joined later. The board returned to open session at 11:42 a.m. and took no action following the discussion.
