Board approves five policies, rescinds two; accepts several donations
The ISD 748 board approved Policies 615, 625, 630, 708 and 712, rescinded Policies 422 and 630.1, accepted multiple donations including an $8,701.24 gift for softball, and heard first readings on several other policies.

On a motion by Jen Smith seconded by Chelsea Thielen, the board approved Policies 615, 625, 630, 708 and 712. The board also voted to rescind Policies 422 and 630.1 (motion by Smith, second by Emily Larson). Several other policies (701, 701.1, 707, 709 and 802) were presented for first reading, and first readings were held to rescind Policies 709.1 and 801.1.
