Administrator Phil Dorenkamp described a proposed agreement for the coroner to obtain searching services from TransUnion at $175 per month, covering up to 250 transactions. Attorney Pamela Nelson asked to discuss the contract in executive session for legal advice; the Board agreed and tabled the item. After the executive session, Commissioner Robert A. Lucero moved to remove the item from the table and the Board chose to take no action because the coroner had already signed the agreement.
