At 5:45 p.m. during the Sept. 3 workshop, Council member Walter Chase moved to close the session; Council member Michael Sullivan seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously by President Newnam and council members Brian Schmidt, Michael Sullivan, Rose Potter and Walter Chase.
