Committee accepts request to start video-recording meetings
Committee members agreed to follow a townwide preference that meetings be recorded on video; Chair asked members to raise concerns privately and noted prior meetings had left cameras off for safety early in the pandemic.

Chair told members that other town groups and committees record meetings on video and said the committee had been asked to do the same going forward. "all other town groups and committees record their meeting with video on regardless of if anyone else is in Zoom or not," Chair said, and invited members to raise any concerns by email.
