Commissioner Dan DeLozier briefed the board on updates to the Oklahoma Statewide Minimum Building Code effective Sept. 14, 2026. The minutes list the codes updated to 2024 editions for the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Existing Building Code, Fuel Gas Code, Plumbing Code and Mechanical Code; the 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC) was noted as not changing.
