Commissioner Gregory A. Simmons moved and Commissioner Ted S. Mercer seconded authorization of a second release in the sum of $213,312.00 from the escrow agreement with 3-GEN-D, LLC for construction in Emerson Crossing Subdivision, Section 5. The board approved the payment to Balsbaugh Excavating by unanimous roll call and directed the clerk to notify Greenville Federal Bank of Troy to issue the warrant (Resolution No. 26-08-829).
