Commissioners approve actions and timeline changes for Evanston private sewer lateral replacement
The board authorized an OPWC application for Evanston Private Lateral Replacement Project Phase III and approved Work Change Directive No. 1 extending Phase II substantial completion to Oct. 30, 2026; both actions were approved unanimously on Aug. 11, 2026.

Commissioner Ted S. Mercer moved and Commissioner Gregory A. Simmons seconded authorization for President Wade H. Westfall to apply to the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) State Capital Improvement program and execute contracts as required for the Evanston Sewer Private Lateral Replacement Project, Phase III. The motion passed by unanimous roll call (Resolution No. 26-08-830).
