By RESOLUTION NO. 26-06-687 the Board authorized the Miami County Sanitary Engineer to negotiate a contract with Choice One Engineering (Sidney, Ohio) for professional design services for the Evanston Private Sewer Lateral Replacement Phase III project. The minutes note that Choice One ranked highest in a qualifications-based selection conducted Nov. 18, 2025, under Ohio Revised Code 305.15. The resolution passed on a unanimous roll-call vote.
