Commissioners adopt updated pay grades for development department
The Board approved an updated compensation structure (Resolution 26-06-683) that reassigns several inspector pay grades and designates Salary Schedule A for the Department of Job & Family Services; roll-call vote was unanimous.

The Board of Miami County Commissioners on June 23 adopted an updated Compensation Structure Plan under RESOLUTION NO. 26-06-683, approving Salary Schedule A (Administrative & Professional) and Schedule B (Operations & Services) changes. The resolution revises pay-grade assignments for development department positions: Inspector I (7→8), Inspector II (8→9), Inspector III (9→10), Inspector III/Supervisor (9→10) and Chief Building Officer (11→12). The motion was moved by Gregory A. Simmons and seconded by Ted S. Mercer; the roll-call vote recorded Westfall, Simmons and Mercer as "Yea."
