Treasurer Jenny P. House said she had emailed the December financials to the board and asked whether anyone had questions; she also reported that year-end reporting to the State of Indiana had been completed and that W-2s and 1099s had been filed. "I emailed December financials. Does anybody have any questions on those?... W2s are filed, 1099s are filed," she said.
