Mayor: borough filed intervention in Deep Green docket; elevator maintenance agreement forthcoming

In his report Mayor Michicky said the borough had not been notified as required by FERC but that the administration filed a motion to intervene in the Deep Green docket on Sept. 11. He urged residents to submit fact-based comments to FERC by Nov. 2 and said the administration will follow filings and engage if the permit advances.
