Commissioners authorize final change order, reduce Sodom‑Ballou Road bridge contract by $1,876.40

The Miami County Board of Commissioners approved a final change order for the Sodom‑Ballou Road North Bridge No. 01.82 Replacement Project during its June 18 session. Under Resolution No. 26-06-674 the board authorized Change Order No. 1 (Final) to the agreement with RG Zachrich Construction, Inc.; the change in quantities and materials produced a net decrease of $1,876.40, leaving a total contract amount of $387,550.86. Mr. Simmons moved the change order and Mr. Mercer seconded; the motion passed on roll-call vote.
