Commissioners authorize Title IV-E placement contracts totaling up to $329,000
Under Resolution No. 26-05-590 the board authorized three Title IV-E placement contracts requested by the Department of Job & Family Services: Keeping Kids Safe, Inc. (up to $58,000); 1 Trust Group Home, LLC (up to $105,000); and Care Affiliates Behavioral Health Services, LLC (up to $166,000), paid from Fund 150 and effective through Dec. 31, 2026.

The Miami County Board of Commissioners approved Title IV-E contracts on May 28, 2026, as requested by the Department of Job & Family Services. The contracts cover placement and related services for children in the care and custody of the Title IV-E agency and run through Dec. 31, 2026. The minutes list three vendors and maximum amounts: Keeping Kids Safe, Inc. (costs not to exceed $58,000.00), 1 Trust Group Home, LLC (costs not to exceed $105,000.00), and Care Affiliates Behavioral Health Services, LLC (costs not to exceed $166,000.00). Total maximum commitments recorded equal $329,000.00.
