Commissioners approve purchase of CommsCoach pre-hire testing platform for Communication Center
By Resolution No. 26-05-587 the Miami County commissioners authorized a three-year subscription to CommsCoach by GovWorx for pre-hire assessments and hiring tools, not to exceed $4,900.00, to be paid from Fund 109. The Communication Center Board and Data Board recommended the purchase.

The Miami County Board of Commissioners voted on May 28, 2026, to accept a quote from CommsCoach by GovWorx (Denver, Colorado) for a three-year pre-hire testing platform for the Communication Center. The contract provides pre-hire assessments, competency benchmarks, candidate dashboards and hiring-team review tools; the total cost shall not exceed $4,900.00 and will be paid from Fund 109.
