Julio Salazar and Guadalupe Oviedo told trustees they plan to open "Michoacana JANA," an ice-cream and snack venue at 3440 Ridge Road on property owned by Tacos and Burritos, and asked the Village to provide $56,000 in TIF funding to augment $150,000 the family will invest.
