During review of attachments to the BLUDRs, Chair Stephen Barner drew attention to the Zoning District Summary Table and the Zoning Map. Barner questioned why multifamily dwellings are not permitted in the RII District and asked why garden centers are limited to the RI District; members discussed those use classifications briefly.
