During committee reports, Mr. Holden told the council the committee continues work on the unified development ordinance (UDO) and on 'quality of place' planning. He said a draft revision of an interlocal agreement with Shirley is underway because the current agreement is near expiration and towns that want local planning autonomy sometimes tailor interlocal terms.
