The council’s clerk/treasurer presented beginning and ending balances for a set of town funds — including the CCD fund, Business Development fund, the Granny Day fund and the CARES Act account — reporting recent receipts and disbursements and a total funds balance of $817,224.75. The clerk identified several formatting corrections and said she would hard-code adjustments into the beginning balances and fix amounts that were appearing incorrectly in the report.
