Alexis Sprout, the county Planning and Zoning Administrator, recommended that Troy Plugge be appointed as an alternate member of the Wheeler County Planning Commission. Commissioner Pokorny moved to appoint Plugge; Chairman Heinz seconded the motion, and the appointment was approved unanimously.
