Neighbors discuss restarting spring/fall dumpsters; volunteers to coordinate with sanitation director

Meeting participants reviewed the twice-yearly dumpster cleanups (trash and yard waste), logistics (15-yard roll-offs, three drop locations, 3–4 days), and agreed to contact the sanitation director (Pat Smoker) to try to schedule fall dates or restart in spring 2027.
The full story
Members discussed reinstating the neighborhood's spring and fall dumpster cleanups, which paused because of long vendor wait lists after the pandemic. They recalled the prior setup: two types of roll-off dumpsters (trash and yard waste), typically 15-yard units left for several days at multiple locations (the Heights, Oak Drive, near the church and nursing home). Members estimated needing roughly three drop sites and possibly five or six dumpsters for the area.
