Bridge 39 and Rattlesnake Road permits delay projects; construction pushed into 2027
Highway staff reported Bridge 39 (Little York area) is awaiting DNR and IDEM permits with an Aug. 7 submittal and a roughly 30‑day response, putting Route 39 funding this year at risk; INDOT design requests have delayed the Rattlesnake Road/Highway 150 intersection and construction is expected in spring 2027.
