Commissioners approved acceptance of a quote from Insight Public Sector (Chandler, AZ) to purchase three-year subscriptions for SolarWinds Web Help Desk licenses for 12 technicians at a total cost not to exceed $15,192.72 ($5,064.24 per year), to be paid from Fund 001-011. The board recorded that multiple quotes were solicited (Insight $15,792.72 listed in record, SHI and Connection provided higher quotes) and that the Data Board recommended approval at its Feb. 25, 2026 meeting (RESOLUTION NO. 26-03-227).
