The Board authorized the President to sign a Service Agreement with OnSolve, LLC (formerly One Call Now) on behalf of the Municipal Court for telephone message delivery to defendants and court employees. The contract covers a 25,000 pre-paid calls package, has a not-to-exceed cost of $3,000.00, and will be paid from Fund 01183083. The service period recorded in the minutes is Jan. 22, 2026 through Jan. 21, 2027.
