The board voted to revise EHBE(LOCAL) Special Programs: Bilingual Education/ESL to support the district’s planned move to a Transitional Bilingual Early‑Exit Model for the 2026–27 school year. Superintendent Dr. Keeley Boyer and trustees discussed the planned implementation; the minutes record Trustee Dr. Steve Brown moved the change and Trustee Wayne Woodall seconded it.
