Rob, speaking for the Commonwealth engineering team, outlined Amendment No. 8 to the CI owner/engineer agreement. He said the change would secure full-time construction engineering and inspection through project completion and that the amendment would be funded from lead-service-line loan proceeds. "I think I'm going to need 200,000 to finish the job," Rob said, describing the added inspection and on-site effort the amendment would fund.
