The Rossville board voted to extend the summer sprinkling (sprinkler) credit for wastewater through the billing cycle ending October 17. Staff explained the billing cycle runs from the 17th to the 17th, so extending through October 17 would cover September's usage and align with meter readings; a motion to approve the extension was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
