The council approved a sequence of motions to pay Commonwealth for work tied to water and road projects. Chair (S4) moved and the council approved the claims: $8,200 for construction and engineering RPR; $39,000 for preliminary and final design; $37,500 for design on a water improvement; and $59,979 for design, road-control planning, easement assistance, legal/financial assessment, field investigation, survey and service-line evaluation.
