Facilities staff told the board that bond construction projects are progressing despite recent rain delays. The board noted a successful ribbon cutting at Victory Elementary and staff said the new elementary (referred to as elementary #10) is 'decked' in large part, with steel in place in the two‑story section and the project on track for document and schedule milestones to support an August 2027 opening.
