Kelly Dannar, a member of the River Esplanade Project Committee, told the Cosmopolis City Council that the waterfront project finally secured its permit and two foundations are in place, with inspections scheduled for Monday. "...finally got the permit, so thanks to Bill on all of that," Dannar said, adding that work could soon show vertical progress.
