Council approved several maintenance and repair contracts in the consent portion of the meeting. Knowles Construction’s quote to install a doorway at the new town hall offices was approved, CM Construction’s quote to repair a storm‑damaged hydrant on Plum Street was approved (cost below insurance deductible), and the RPM Machinery quote to service the overheating backhoe was approved as an initial service/diagnostic step.
