The Red Rock Central School District board adopted Policy 721, a procurement policy aligned to Minnesota state and federal purchasing requirements and the Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA) template. Administrators said the policy was developed in response to a special-education fiscal monitoring audit that identified the absence of a standardized procurement policy.
