The Red Key Town Board voted to donate $800 to the Red Key Fireworks committee to cover an approximately 12% price increase for this year’s show, which presenters said costs about $14,000. Levin, speaking for the fireworks committee, said the town had given $600 the previous year and asked the board to consider a larger donation to help meet rising costs.
