At the close of the session the Chair asked staff to compile notes and produce a typed draft of the boundary recommendations for review at the next meeting. “I think what we've got enough right now that we could have staff get it all typed up and then double check back and forth,” the Chair said, and members agreed to pick up the discussion on activation and programming next time.
