Town engineer Mr. Bryant told the council that a substantial-completion inspection for the 2026 CCMG East Jackson Street project was completed on July 30 and that the contractor has about 78% of the work invoiced. Mr. Bryant asked the council to authorize the certification of substantial completion and presented a pay application tied to the work.
