County IT reported reducing copiers from 61 to 53 through a Toshiba contract (about $15,000 annual savings) and moving cell service to an AT&T "Control Center" program to save roughly $650 a month (~$7,800/year); staff also secured $13,000 in trade‑in credit on devices.

Tom told the committee the county is finishing a copier‑fleet right‑size, reducing units from 61 to 53 under a Toshiba contract and estimating about $15,000 in annual savings. "We went from 61 total copiers in the county down to 53, um which is a pretty good reduction, which going to probably result in approximately $15,000 of savings a year for us uh through Toshiba," he said.
