County staff told the committee the ERP/time‑and‑attendance scope has been finalized and the county is preparing to issue the request for proposals. "Our biggest priority is payroll and basically how we log all of our time," staff said, explaining the goal is to consolidate disparate timekeeping systems into a single modern solution.
