The Supervised Release Board met Aug. 11 to consider Mark Orlando Harris’s fourth parole review. Rebecca Holmes Larson recited the case history (1992 conviction for first‑degree murder) and Harris addressed the board, apologizing to the victim’s family and describing years of program work including anger management, restorative justice and SOTP coursework.
