The council approved the consent agenda by unanimous voice vote. The consent packet contained two sets of minutes (Sept. 8, 2026 special meeting and Sept. 8, 2026 regular meeting) and Resolution No. 56, Series 2026, which authorizes the first amendment to the independent contractor agreement with Barker Rinker CCAT Architecture PC to provide recreation architecture services for Timnath.
