Supervisor Frank Donto told residents he is using state and county contacts to attract commercial and manufacturing projects that would increase ratables and help close the town's budget gaps. He said the Walmart development 'seems to be moving forward quite nicely' and, importantly, had not requested a PILOT, meaning the town would receive full property tax revenue from that project, he said.
